The hotel had beautiful rooms with small balconies and huge, comfortable beds, but the service was disappointing as they ignored our request for a solution. The location was great near Xuan Huong lake but the dining options were limited. Overall, a good choice for those who prioritize the room quality and location.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had small balconies, which were nice for a bit of fresh air, but the WiFi was just alright. While the location was great for reaching the central market by foot, the proximity to other Vietnamese restaurants was very poor.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center, with clean and comfortable rooms. The service was disappointing as our requests were ignored without a solution. The dining experience was pleasant with a Chef making omelets, but the location was not ideal being away from the night market. The facilities offered were satisfactory.
